I just want to take this opportunity to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart including my family, friends, relatives and supporters for all their hard work and effort during the campaign. It is very humbling to realize the sacrifice each of you made on my behalf. Words are inadequate to describe how very grateful I am to all of you. I couldn’t begin to individually thank and hug every one of you so my deepest gratitude goes out to the campaign staff, volunteer coordinators, website architects, sign erectors, poll workers, petition circulators, donors, Facebook advocates, fundraising organizers, campaign paraphernalia designers, media specialists, voter list compilers and general well-wishers. Many of you wore multiple hats during the campaign and I will never be able to repay you for your time, talent and treasure.

I was advised by politically savvy individuals that we campaign novices made great advances in such a short time and had a respectable showing in the election. So rest up, stay in shape and keep a sharp mind because the next primary is in May 2013.
